We are located within a short distance of North Carolina and the Great Smokey Mountains. We do not dropship because we guarantee our items and prefer to inspect them before they are shipped to our customers. Because of this guarantee our shipping times vary but will be shipped within a reasonable amount of time normally within 7 to 10 days of your orders. We guarantee that with us you will receive quality, service, value and cleanliness. We do not warehouse our items here on location and pick them up from the manufacturer on a weekly basis. We will gladly answer any questions within 24 hours, 7 days a week.  Your orders will be acknowledged promptly and you will be notified of your shipments. Orders begin processing immediately upon receipt of payment. We ship 5 days a week by the US Postal Service. Your orders are shipped by priority mail unless the item weighs less than 13oz. in which case they ship first class mail.
